This woman in her mid-50s first came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for autologous fat grafting facial rejuvenation, 5 years ago. With just one session of fat transfer, the injected fat actually lasts 5 years! Although she has aged 5 years, she currently still looks better than what she looked like 5 years ago. This is another good example which shows that fat is so much better than filler for facial rejuvenation in terms of cost as well as longer-lasting effect. To plump up an extremely sunken face like hers, 10 to 20 cc of fat was injected into her face. Imagine if she had to get 10 cc of fillers injected, with every 1 cc costing her SGD 1000!
