Fifteen months after her first session of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation with good result, this young woman in her early-20s returns to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie, for a second session. This time round, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie harvests fat from her abdomen. She has previously been turned away by many surgeons who advised her that it was impossible to harvest fat from such a slim person! It is true that it is hard and sometimes impossible to perform liposuction and harvest fat from an already very slim person. Hence, it requires an expert to do so!
It is important for patients who desire breasts augmentation with autologous fat grafting to know that there are certain limitations with autologous fat grafting. Fat cells need to be injected gradually over a few sessions, because newly-grafted fat cells need space and blood supply for them to survive. Over-crowding of fat cells because of overzealous injection of fat cells into limited space with not enough blood supply to support newly grafted fat cells, is a recipe for disaster! There have a few instances where prospective patients came to Dr Arthur Tjandra asking him whether he could increase their breasts sizes by at least 2 cup size with just 1 session of fat transfer, because other surgeons could guarantee them such result! All such patients were turned away and encouraged to visit the surgeons who gave them such promise and guarantee. Patients who wish to get autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation must understand that there is a degree of uncertainty with fat grafting procedure. It is an organ transplantation procedure, hence it is impossible to guarantee result! All Dr Arthur Tjandra could do is to take all the necessary steps to increase likelihood of survival, such as doing micro-injections in small volumes over multiple sessions to ensure that there is no over-crowding of fat cells and all injected fat cells are exposed to blood supplies. Harvesting fat cells by using a relatively “powerless” syringe also causes the least trauma to fat cells, hence ensure higher percentage of “healthy” fat cells being obtained. Performing liposuction with powered device, and worse still, ultrasound and laser devices which aim to melt the fat first before sucking it out from the body with high-powered suction, may decrease the amount of “healthy” fat cells obtained. After taking all the necessary precautions to ensure high fat survival, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie is proud to announce that the fat retention rate on his autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation is at least 80-90% after 5 years! The rate is even higher for buttocks! World-wide retention rate for autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation after 1 year is around 30% to maximum 60% only! While most patients need at least 3 sessions of fat transfer to increase their breasts by just 1 cup size, most of his patients are happy after just 1 session of fat transfer to their buttocks!

Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performs liposuction on only the left side of this patient’s abdomen! Why? Because he has harvested more than enough fat from just the left side of her abdomen to fill up both her breasts. As she wishes to return for more sessions of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie saves the fat in her right abdomen for future use. Unlike other surgeons, Dr Arthur Tjandra does not like to store fat for future usage. He likes it “fresh from the oven” as he likes to call it. As a matter of fact, in order to increase the likelihood of survival, the time frame from the moment he aspirates out fat, processed, then re-injected into the body, is less than 3 minutes!
The videos below are solid evidence that even the slimmest women may still have some fat to be harvested for injection into their breasts, and even the slimmest women may improve their figures with liposuction! One can compare between the right (before liposuction) and left (after liposuction) sides of her torso to see what a difference liposuction can make, even on such a slim person who weighs just 45 kg! It requires someone who is skilled and very experienced to perform liposuction and harvest fat from such slim women! Hence, if you are slim and you think you need liposuction or fat grafting to your breasts, you should be heading to South East Asia where the surgeons mostly see slim patients. It is only in South East Asia that slim women undergo liposuction!

Wow even more beautiful bustline after 5 years! Impressive!
It’s because she gained weight. She gained more than 5 kg over the last 5 years. However, as she had whole body liposuction done, the shape of her body didn’t change much. That’s the good thing with liposuction, because fat cells are permanently removed! As one gains weight, extra calories are distributed evenly to all fat cells. As there are much less fat cells in her whole body after liposuction, where can the extra calories go to? Obviously her breasts, where she has had 3 sessions of fat transfer done! Hence, her body didn’t change much, but her breasts grew bigger compared to after the 3 sessions of fat transfer!
Wah..i am hopeful! All fats go to breast! That have been my long time dream. Now it is coming true haha!
