This extremely slim woman who is in her mid-20s and weighs just 42 kg comes to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie after she has seen numerous plastic surgeons in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and was advised that it was impossible to harvest fat from such a slim person to perform autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation. She was offered breast implants by all of them, but she did not like the idea of putting foreign materials into her body. When Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie sees her, he agrees that she is extremely slim on her upper body, but she has extremely thick, fat thighs! Not only does she have thick, fat thighs, she also has flat buttocks and thick saddle bags which make her buttocks appear droopy and sagging, a condition Dr Arthur Tjandra always refers to as: granny butts! Because her thighs are so thick, Dr Arthur Tjandra advises her to split her thighs liposuction into 4 separate sessions, half thigh each time, so that she can get 4 sessions of fat injection into her breasts. Although she has flat tummy, she has thick fat in her lower back/love handles, which can also be used to augment her breasts and/or buttocks.
During this first session, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performs liposuction on only her left inner thigh and transfer the fat to her breasts. When she returns 4 months later for her second session, Dr Arthur Tjandra performs liposuction on her left outer thigh, which includes her saddle bags, and also injects fat into her buttocks which creates a beautiful transformation of her buttocks from granny butts to bubble butts!
