During the 3rd session of her whole body transformation series 2 months ago, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed liposuction on her entire left thigh, except the inner thigh, as well as autologous fat grafting buttocks augmentation. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed liposuction on both inner thighs 3 years 2 months ago.
The video below shows the importance of having saddle bags removed. Even after getting autologous fat grafting to her buttocks 2 months ago, her right buttock still appears droopy and sagging because of the presence of right saddle bag fat. Another factor is the angle between the buttock and back of thigh. If liposuction is performed on the lower buttock as well as back of the thigh, this angle becomes sharper, hence the buttock appears perkier. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie compares this angle on both right and left thighs in the video below. One can appreciate that as liposuction has been performed on the left back of thigh and left lower buttock, the angle becomes sharper and the left buttock bounces up, while the right buttock still appears droopy, because the left buttock slopes down to join the back of the left thigh. This is why it is very important to sculpt the body in a 3-dimensional way if one wishes to obtain good result. Three-dimensional sculpting means that the entire length and the whole circumference of the body should be lipo-ed at the same time!
