This man who is in his early-30s consulted 2 plastic surgeons before coming to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie. He complained about his round, fat lower face, and double chin, requesting to have the fat aspirated to achieve sharper chin and more defined neck. However, both plastic surgeons advised him that there was no fat for them to aspirate! They offered him something else. The first surgeon offered him a radical jaw surgery which detail he could not remember. The second surgeon offered him Botox injection!
