This extremely slim woman who is in her mid-20s and weighs just 42 kg came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie one year ago, after she had seen numerous plastic surgeons in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and was advised that it was impossible to harvest fat from such a slim person to perform autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation. She was offered breast implants by all of them, but she did not like the idea of putting foreign materials into her body. When Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie saw her, he agreed that she was extremely slim on her upper body, but she had extremely thick, fat thighs! Not only did she have thick, fat thighs, she also had flat buttocks and thick saddle bags which made her buttocks appear droopy and sagging, a condition Dr Arthur Tjandra always refers to as: granny butts! Because her thighs were so thick, Dr Arthur Tjandra advised her to split her thighs liposuction into 4 separate session, half thigh each time, so that she could get 4 sessions of fat injection into her breasts. Although she had flat tummy, she had thick fat in her lower back/love handles, which could also be used to augment her breasts and/or buttocks.
During the first session, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed left inner thigh liposuction and fat injection into her breasts. She returned, 4 months later, for her second session of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation, during which fat was harvested from her left outer thigh.

She now returns for her 3rd session of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation, during which Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performs liposuction on her right outer thigh. She is ecstatic to see the increase of her breasts size from A to C cups in just one year, as well as the difference between her right and left thighs, before and after liposuction. This is a very good example of how even such a skinny woman could benefit from liposuction. By removing fat from her saddle bags and lower buttocks, her buttocks are instantaneously transformed from granny butts to become beautiful bubble butts!
