This young mother of one kid comes to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for liposuction of her gigantic arms, as well as jowls and neck/double chin. She is obviously obese. On normal circumstances, Dr would accept an obese or overweight patient for liposuction as liposuction is a body-sculpting tool for someone who is already within his/her ideal range of weight.
