This Chinese Singaporean pilot in his early-50s, who was also a bodybuilder/gym-goer, came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for revision abdominal liposuction after a failed VASER liposuction (ultrasound-assisted liposuction) performed by another surgeon in Singapore. Not only could he not see any result after liposuction, but he was also left with dents on his abdomen after VASER liposuction. Those dents were caused by over-aspiration, burns and resulting adhesion scars which formed underneath the skin. These scars could be released and fat injected, in order to smoothen out his abdomen.
