The first time Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed abdominal liposuction and autologous fat grafting facial rejuvenation on himself, was back in 2008.
Because of all his marathon running, he lost his facial fat.
And because of his age, which is 52 in 2023, his basal metabolic rate has slowed down, which also means it is harder for him to burn his body fat, especially around his love handles, despite all his marathon running.

How is it possible for him to perform liposuction on himself, you may ask. It is because it is exactly how it should be done, if you would like to get perfect result! If your liposuction is not performed in 3-dimensional way, while you are awake and able to sit and stand, while your surgeon sculpts your body, then the result will definitely not going to be good!
