Since 2008, Elixir de Vie has been offering 2-tiered pricing system for its surgery fees: regular non-subsidized rate, for patients who do not consent to having their photos and videos published, and subsidized rate with 30% discount, for those who do.

However, as we have accumulated huge amount of videos, which are much more than we could possibly handle in this one life time, this tiered pricing system will be abolished on 1 January 2024.

Starting from 1 January 2024, we will no longer be taking videos nor offering subsidized rates. By not taking videos during surgeries, we will be able to shorten the surgery time significantly.

We have published more than 10,000 videos of our surgeries taken in the past 1 decade, in this Encyclopedia of Liposuction and Fat Grafting Procedures.

Currently, we have accumulated more than 10,000 unpublished videos, with no manpower to process them. They will most likely remain unpublished.

Regrettably, as we will no longer be publishing video case studies, we will be withdrawing our offer of subsidized rates, too.

Besides, which surgeon in the world has published more than 10,000 unedited, raw videos of their surgeries for prospective patients to scrutinize? Most surgeons just publish their best results…….in photo format, which is prone to doctoring. Very few, if any, publish their before and after surgery results in raw, unedited, long videos, the way we do.

  1. Very sad news. I hope you’ll at least publish some of your unpublished videos

  2. Hi maybe for the unpublished videos can just slowly publish over time whenever there is time? thanks!

    • Yes, we may publish some selected cases, definitely not all.

  3. Dr. Gustavo Quirós presents patient case videos on OnlyFans.
OnlyFans doesn’t block unknown reasons like Youtube.
If you post the case videos on OnlyFans, you don’t have to pay to maintain a server for videos, and you can get your costs through posting.
It’s unfortunate that the art performance of God’s Hand can no longer be seen.

    • Thank you for your suggestion. It is not an issue of YouTube deleting our videos or even terminating our account anymore. Our account was already terminated by YouTube 2 years ago. Right now it is an issue of too many videos to be published. There are currently more than 10,000 videos sitting in our storage external hard drives, which we haven’t published. There is no manpower to process those videos. That is why we will not be providing subsidies nor taking new videos anymore in 2024. 2023 is the transition year when we still provide opportunity for patients to obtain 30% discount by signing consent to allow photos and videos be published. From 1 Jan 2024 onwards, no more such discount will be given, because we no longer need those videos.

  4. I strongly agree “It’s unfortunate that the art performance of God’s Hand can no longer be seen.”

    • We will try to post more case studies. But, no promise.
