This young patient in her early 30s comes to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie complaining of the above. This is because she has lost a lot of facial fat, especially in the mid-face. Restoring mid-face volume also restores one’s youthfulness.

Why would YouTube remove videos of a woman’s face? It is because women are not allowed to show their faces in public. It is considered sinful to do so. Women may only show their eyes in public. This woman, not only shows her face for the whole world to see, by allowing videos of her face being posted on YouTube, but also has the audacity to get cosmetic surgery done on her face! It is SINFUL to get cosmetic surgeries done on oneself! YouTube has the moral obligation to send the message out to public by removing videos of women who dare to show their faces to the world! What YouTube does is a wake-up call for all women out there that their place is in the kitchen. They should not go out the house. Even if they wish to go out, they should clad themselves in black cloth from head to toes, and may only reveal their eyes! And this is especially true in America! Facebook and YouTube are policing their accounts. All accounts which post photos and videos which do not adhere to their new moral codes of conduct will immediately be removed and terminated! No appeal will be entertained! In the country where most of YouTube’s employees come from, the King has the ultimate say. His decisions are final. What he believes in is the ultimate truth, and everyone MUST believe what he believes in! Dr Arthur Tjandra’s Facebook account has been affected, and so has his YouTube account. It is sad to see what has become of the America we used to know!
