Session 1 and 2 of surgeries on this patient were performed by Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie 5 years ago, before we started uploading and publishing videos on YouTube. This young woman who is currently approaching her late-20s came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie when she was just in her late teens. She was severely overweight, and besides that, she also had tuberous breasts deformity. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie was not too keen to perform liposuction for her, but since she would like to get autologous fat grafting to her breasts, Dr Arthur Tjandra proceeded to perform thighs liposuction, and arms liposuction 3 months later. During both sessions, autologous fat grafting was done to her breasts. She was, however, not keen on getting the knees done. She is now back 2.5 years after her initial liposuction, to get liposuction done on her abdomen, as well as third session of autologous fat grafting to her breasts. In this video, one can see the disproportionately bulging knees. This is a good example of why a 3-dimensional liposculpting should be done without leaving any area behind, in order to achieve aesthetically pleasant result.
