Patient No. 325, Session 1: Autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation on a flat-chested woman and left outer thigh liposuction

This case has been previously published on our YouTube channel, however we are republishing it again as she returns for her fourth session.

This 25-year-old flat-chested woman comes to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation. Although she is pretty slim, weighing less than 50 kg, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie points out that she has plenty of stubborn fat all over her entire body which can be utilized for fat grafting. Many surgeons whom she saw before coming to see Dr Arthur Tjandra actually advised her to get breast implants done, however she did not like the idea of placing foreign materials inside her breasts. She prefers to use her own fat. Although she is very slim, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie points out that she has extremely huge thighs with very ugly sagging buttocks because of thick saddle bags combined with very heavy lower buttocks. Full upper buttocks appear nice, however full lower buttocks make the buttocks appear sagging. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie proceeds to perform liposuction only on the outer half of her left thigh (left hip, left lower buttock, left saddle bag, left outer thigh and left back of thigh). The purpose of performing liposuction on only half a thigh is to save up the fat for future sessions of autologous fat grafting. One can see the huge difference this makes even immediately after liposuction. Her sagging granny buttocks are immediately transformed into beautiful bubble buttocks! Well, technically, only left buttock is transformed!
