This 40 year-old mother of 2 teenage children first visited Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie 1.5 years ago to embark on a whole body transformation journey involving whole body liposuction and autolougous fat grafting breasts augmentation as well as autologous fat grafting to her sunken face. The previous 5 sessions of liposuction were done on arms, abdomen, left thigh and half of right thigh, as well as left calf. In order to maximize the use of her fat cells, her lower body liposuction was split into 4 sessions., During each session, only half a thigh was being lipo-ed. Unlike many surgeons who store aspirated fat for future use, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie is strongly against it as it may affect the survival of fat cells. He prefers to use “fresh” fat cells. During this sixth and final session, barely 2.5 months after the 5th session, this patient had liposuction performed on her right inner and frontal thigh as well as right knee and calf, and touch up on her abdomen. Autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation was performed at the same time.
