This young athlete in her late 30s flies all the way from Paris to Medan to look for Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for autologous fat grafting facial rejuvenation as well as autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation. The problem with most athletes is that although they may have very lean and toned physiques they are often left with no facial fat with all their vigorous training and races! Most are also left with no breasts as they burn all their breasts fat away! As we know, breasts are made of largely fat. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performs autologous fat injection into her temples and mid-face to make her appear 20 years younger! Her face may appear very “bloated” right after fat injection, but one has to remember that there is a lot of swelling after fat injection and swelling needs time to slowly subside. The injected fat may also not fully survive, some may get reabsorbed. Therefore, the end result would not be so “puffy”.
