This woman in her late-30s first came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie 5 years ago for abdominal liposuction. She eventually went on to get pregnant and had 2 kids. After gaining significant weight, she now returns to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for arms liposuction. As she opted not to have any pictures or videos taken 5 years ago, we do not have any photos or video to show the transformation. However, despite the fact that she has gained a lot of weight, one can see that the hour-glass figure which Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie has sculpted for her is still retained. This is because with liposuction, the fat is permanently removed. Therefore, the shape will always be there, despite weight gain, which increases the size of fat cells, but not number of fat cells.
