This Sydney-sider in her late-30s has had whole body liposuction performed by various plastic surgeons in Sydney. She did not like the results at all. Worse still, she ended up with flattened lower buttocks, double to triple buttocks folds and various areas of unevenness. This is why she finally decides to fly out of the country to visit Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie.

Upon examination, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie finds that most of her problems arise from: not getting 3D liposuction done and over-aspiration. When you get liposuction done only on certain areas, but not all areas of the same region, there is a high risk of unevenness. We have shown many of such cases throughout this Vlog, as well as our YouTube channel. These cases are labeled as “revision cases”. Over-aspiration which causes dents, unevenness, and in her case collapsed buttocks and double and triple buttocks folds, is a common problem with machine/powered liposuction. This is the reason Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie has been performing liposuction with nothing but a plastic syringe for close to 20 years!

During this first session, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performs revision liposuction on her entire upper body (arms, armpits, shoulders and upper back), and use the fat to smoothen out her outer thighs and correct over-aspiration over her “banana rolls” as well as lower buttocks.

As this patient does not like the appearance of muscles, she requests for non high-definition liposuction, which means that Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie will have to leave behind a layer of fat to cover the muscles definition.
