Anyway, this extremely slim young mother who was in her mid-30s, came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie a year ago, wanting to have bigger breasts. She was a very active woman, who played a lot of sports. As a result of this, she had sunken mid-face which made her appearance older. She also burnt off fat from her breasts, resulting in completely flat chest. She even needed to stuff tissue papers and socks to fill up her A-cup bras!
Would it be possible to harvest fat for autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation on an extremely slim woman weighing just 45 kg (99 lbs)? Most surgeons would tell this woman it’s impossible! However, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie not only advised her that it was possible to do so, but also advised her that she had more than enough fat to complete at least 3 to 4 sessions of autologous fat grafting to her breasts! During this very first session, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed liposuction on her left inner thigh and left knee only. She had more than enough fat from these 2 areas alone for injection into both breasts and her mid-face!
