This case study has been previously published on our YouTube channel. This young woman was still in her late-20s when she came to see Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for abdominal liposuction 3 years ago. The result was fabulous! It actually helped jump start her career in modeling. She graced a few men’s magazines, such as Playboy, Maxim and FHM. However, over the last 3 years, she actually gained 5 kg. Although she accumulated some fat around her tummy, she still maintains the shape which Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie has sculpted for her! That is the good thing with liposuction. One will always retain the shape which the surgeon has sculpted no matter how much weight he or she has put on, because the accumulated fat will be distributed evenly in all the areas which have been previously lipo-ed. Those areas may get thicker again after one gains weight, but the shape is retained, as one can see in the following videos. Unfortunately, she does not retain much of the injected fat into her breasts, as her breasts were extremely tight prior to the fat injection. But, they are definitely fuller now, compared to 3 years ago! She also had only one session of fat injection into her breasts, during which only limited volume was injected due to extremely tight space. Most patients need at least 3 sessions of fat injection to achieve 1 full cup increase in their breasts size.
