This 52-year old woman had whole body liposuction in London by another surgeon 5 years ago. The result was unsatisfactory as the surgeon did not perform 3-dimensional liposuction like what Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie does. This patient eventually flew from New Zealand where she lives, to Medan to look for Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for a revision liposuction 2 years and 9 months ago. The unhappiness resulted from an incomplete arms liposuction, where fat was aspirated from over a very small segment of the back of the arms, not even the whole circumference of the arms, leaving behind fat in the shoulders, armpits and upper back, resulting in “drumstick” arms. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie shows what a huge difference a 3-dimensional liposculpting can do to her arms. Besides liposuction of her arms, she also requests Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie to perform liposuction on her calves, as well as knees, and have the fat transferred to her breasts.
This case study has previously been published on our YouTube channel. Extremely happy with the result, she now returns for revision abdominal liposuction and liposuction on her inner thighs and saddle bags.
