This young African princess in her early 30s came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for arms liposuction a year ago. Although she was very slim and lean, she still had flabby arms. She had the typical “wings”, a term which Dr Arthur Tjandra coins to describe the flaring mid-arms of most women. This is especially obvious when viewed from an oblique (45 degrees) angle. Although she had well-developed gluteal muscles as she was an avid runner, her buttocks, nevertheless, still appeared sagging. “Granny butt” is another term Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie coins to describe sagging buttocks due to a combination of “hip dips” and saddle bags. On normal circumstances, Dr Arthur Tjandra would remove the saddle bags. But, as this patient was not too keen to get liposuction performed on her thighs, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie injected fat into the sunken areas, instead, transforming her granny buttocks to bubble buttocks!
After seeing the transformation of her arms and buttocks, she now returns to Dr Arthur Tjandra for abdominal liposuction.
