This young African princess in her early 30s came to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for arms liposuction a year ago. Although she was very slim and lean, she still had flabby arms. She had the typical “wings”, a term which Dr Arthur Tjandra coins to describe the flaring mid-arms of most women. This is especially obvious when viewed from an oblique (45 degrees) angle.
