This Australian woman, an ex-model turns MMA fighter in her early-30s, had whole body liposuction done in Australia before coming to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for revision liposuction on her arms and abdomen which were done over 2 consecutive days. She was utterly disappointed with the result she got in Australia, after spending close to AUD 40,000. She had actually read about Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie on the internet before deciding to go for liposuction by this Australian surgeon. But she decided not to come to Dr Arthur Tjandra, as she thought how could a surgeon practicing in a small city in Indonesia do better than an Australian surgeon? Unfortunately, she chose the long and expensive way to find out the truth.

The videos below show the result of arms, abdominal and thighs liposuction done in Australia almost 2 years ago. The previous surgeon performed liposuction on only the back of her arms, but not the entire circumference. He also did not perform liposuction on her shoulders, upper back and armpits at all, leaving behind thick chunk of fat in those areas. Although he did a relatively good job on her lower abdomen, there is still thick chunk of fat in her upper abdomen. Worse still, he burnt the skin of her upper abdomen with VASER liposuction, causing a lot of adhesion scars, which caused the skin to be stuck down to the muscles. This results in the appearance of stuck-down dents on the skin, not just one, but many of them! As for the thighs, as the surgeon performed only upper inner thighs liposuction, ignoring the adjacent areas, such as the frontal thighs, the lower inner thighs and knees, this naturally leaves behind a groove as well. The thighs, just like the torso and arms, are 3-dimensional structure. There is no way you can get good result by performing liposuction on just a small area out of those 3D structures. Think of the thighs as doner kebab. Can you just cut a small segment on one side of the upper part, without cutting the rest of the kebab, and still expect to have smooth result, instead of leaving behind a dent or groove?

It is therefore, extremely important to ALWAYS ask for 3D liposuction, even if the surgeon does not offer to you. Unfortunately, the is one valid reason why almost no surgeon offers 3D liposuction, which they do not often reveal to you. It is because 3D liposuction carries extremely high risk of complications, including death, unless it is performed with just a syringe. However, how many surgeons in the world who still performs liposuction with just a plastic syringe, like what Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie does? It takes a lot of determination, strength and endurance to aspirate liters and liters of fat using just a small plastic syringe. Only an endurance athlete/marathon runner like Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie can perform such task.
