I started learning Shaolin Kungfu in 2022, at the age of 51. I learned it by watching some videos on the internet. It is basically a self-taught learning. The way I learn is by filming myself, then watch the videos to correct my mistakes.

A year later, I asked myself, “Why not learn swimming, using the same learning technique, too?”

After exploring some videos on the internet, I embarked on my self-taught swimming journey in July 2023, at the age of 52. I split my time equally to practice both Shaolin Kungfu and swimming. So, basically, I practice kungfu 2-3 times a week, and swimming 2-3 times a week, as well.
