Patient No. 54, Session 1: Abdominal liposuction and autologous fat transfer breasts augmentation

This slim and flat-chested stewardess first came to see Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie, four years ago, when she was still a student and in her late teens. She would like to have bigger breasts but her mother did not allow her to put foreign materials into her body, hence she looked for Dr Arthur Tjandra for autologous fat injection into her breasts. Although she was so slim, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie assured her that it was possible to perform multiple sessions of autologous fat grafting to her breasts, because she has a lot of stubborn pockets of fat all over her body! Asians are typically skinny-fat. They may appear skinny, but their bodies have very high fat percentage! Therefore, it is very easy to find fat for autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation on even the skinniest Asian women!

During this first session, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed liposuction on her abdomen. Although she had pretty flat tummy, she had two ugly bulges of fat over her lower back/love handles. She also had asymmetrical waist and curves on the right and left sides of her body due to scoliosis. By performing a 3-dimensional liposculpting of her entire torso, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie evened out the asymmetry and sculpted out a beautiful hour-glass figure for her.

She returned twice after her first visit 4 years ago, increasing her breasts size from A cup to C, with 3 sessions of autologous fat transfer. We are going to show you her journey in the next couple of posts.

Unfortunately, although she had learned about Dr Arthur Tjandra through other patients’ blogs, and her mother allowed her teenage daughter to fly alone from Hong Kong to Medan for a big surgery like this because she was reassured by Dr Arthur Tjandra‘s reputation, by reading other patients’ blogs, she does not return a favor back to the society by blogging about her experience!
