This young athlete in her early-20s is extremely skinny and weighs just 44 kg. She had seen numerous surgeons for autologous fat injection into her breasts, but all of them advised her that it was impossible to harvest fat from someone as skinny as her. They offered breast implants, but this young woman was not keen to put foreign materials into her breasts. She scoured the internet and finally found a surgeon in Medan who is extremely experienced in performing autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation on extremely slim women. Most of his patients weigh between 40 and 50 kg. She immediately flew to Medan to see Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie, all the way from Dalian in China, 7 months ago.
Upon examining her body, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie assured her that not only could he aspirate fat from her extremely slim body for fat injection into her breasts, but he could do at least 3 to 4 sessions of fat injection into her breasts from fat obtained from various areas of her body. Although she weighs just 44 kg, she has flabby arms. She also has fat over her love handles and saddle bags, as well as fat thighs, knees and even calves! Because of thick fat over her lower back/love handles, as well as saddle bags, the bottom half of her body appears squarish, lacking curves, with sagging buttocks, a condition Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie refers to as Granny Butt! As a matter of fact, because of the bulging love handles and saddle bags, her entire bottom appears squarish. From behind, she appears like a little boy, rather than a grown-up woman. We have shown this in the videos taken during the second session of her surgery when she had left outer thigh liposuction done. By taking out the ugly pockets of fat and injecting it into her breasts, it is like killing 2 birds with 1 stone! She gets a beautiful, shapely womanly hourglass figure, with huge breasts!
During the first session of her whole body transformation series, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie performed calves liposuction and inner thighs liposuction (the entire inner half of thighs, which includes inner thighs, frontal thighs and knees) and had the fat transferred to her breasts. As she had bumpy and flat forehead, she also got autologous fat injection into her forehead at the same time. The result of her autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation 3 months later, where her cup size was increased from A to B, has previously been published on this Vlog. Results of her inner thighs, calves and ankles liposuction, 3 months later, have also been published.
Three months after her first session, she returned to Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie for second session of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation and also Brazilian buttocks lift/autologous fat grafting buttocks augmentation. Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie harvested fat from her left outer thigh.
She now returns for her third session of autologous fat grafting breasts augmentation, during which, Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie harvests fat from her right outer thigh. It seems that she is not happy with C cup. She is aiming for D cup!
She has blogged about her experience: My liposuction and fat grafting to the breast by Dr Arthur in Medan.
