Autologous fat transfer can be done to increase the girth of penis only, but not the length.

This 22-year-old slim Russian model would like to get fat transfer breasts and buttocks augmentation (Brazilian Butt Lift) done, but she could not find any surgeon who could do it for her in Europe. She had seen 3 plastic surgeons who all turned her away, because they did not think she had enough fat to harvest for fat grafting to both breasts and buttocks. She stood at 178 cm and weighed only 50 kg. Eventually, she learned about Dr Arthur Tjandra of Elixir de Vie from the internet, and decided to fly all the way from Moscow to Medan, Indonesia.

The results are fantastic, except for her arms, as she opted out from getting upper back and armpits liposuction done, because she did not think that she had fat in her upper back and armpits. Her case can be used as a case study to warn prospective patients who do not wish to get upper back and armpits liposuction done along with their arms and shoulders. Without 3D liposuction, the result will not be perfect!

Although she was pretty slim and appeared just nice in her body-hugging kebaya, she actually had lots of fat all around her body, most notably in her thighs, which were disproportionately thicker compared to the rest of her body. Unfortunately, as a junior crew member, our young patient had limited budget and could only afford to get the inner half of her thighs done, as it was more important for her to have “thigh gap”.

Apparently the reason she did not get the result she wanted was because her previous surgeon did not perform 3-dimensional high-definition liposuction, Dr Arthur Tjandra’s signature surgery, for her. Having said so, 3-dimensional high-definition liposuction is not for everyone. Three of Dr Tjandra’s patients have complained about their 3D high-definition arms liposuction results. One of them actually went on to post a damning bad review on the internet.
